No Paragon rewards on Defiant

The Defiant server is having a massive bug.
Nobody has any Paragon rewards.
This makes it impossible to chat in any channel. Also all the powers from paragon rewards don't work.

EU players getting the short end of the stick again.
this game is getting to be a joke, good way to scare away the existing players and welcome the new players !

Indeed VIP status isn't registering when playing on Defiant. I noticed when I tried to do the signature arc and it told me to buy the content, after which I realised I couldn't do anything that needed VIP access.

Logged over to Union and everything was working normally, so seems Defiant specific.

Please fix!
