Possible Launcher problem?

Hi all, I'm getting the error: The program can't start because cg.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This is when I click Play Now from the launcher. I've just upgraded my graphics drivers (Geforce 9800 GT) five minutes ago, run the launcher in admin and still getting this issue.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

It sounds like the game did not install properly.

Right click on "CITY OF HEROES" in the Launcher and select "Repair (Consistency Check)" and it should replace missing files.
