Premium Accounts and Free Accounts apparently are not allowed to send or receive PM's. They have limited posting capabilities. They cannot set an avatar as well. It is likely that they cannot set a forum signature.
At least they found a way to allow you to post to get assistance and ask questions. The original idea was that Free and Premium accounts would have no posting capabilities.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I attempted to delete the post (it was stupid of me to stink up someone thread). But now I am unable to. I don't know how to send a PM to Zwill (I don't know if Premium folks are allowed to send PMs to mods). Would someone please inform a mod to delete my nonsense.
