Can't Install. Runtime Error

I've just make an account to play the new Freedom. So, I've got the installer from the account page, but whenever I start it up I get an error that says "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." Then it crashes.

I'm on Windows 7. I've looked around but I can't find any relevant fixes.
Does anyone know a solution?
