Details:
This is an individual puzzle contest in which players must decode the cryptography and find the secret messages.

Rules:

• All completed puzzles must be sent in a Private Message to Madame Pistacio or an Email to PERC.COH@gmail.com.
• If anyone posts answers in this thread or elsewhere on the forums, the contest will be void.
• Each player may only enter one time, regardless of multiple accounts, however a second entry may be sent if (from the same forum account or email) you feel your first entry was incorrect.
• Entries must include the player's global name.
• This contest will officially close on October 7th at 11:59pm pacific.

Prizes:

• The first 20 people to correctly decode all 5 messages will receive 100 million inf.
• Everyone who enters and has at least 1 message entirely correct will receive an entry into the mystery prize drawing (1 entry per correct answer, up to 5).
• There will be 20 mystery prizes drawn ranging from 25 million inf to expensive IOs (it is a mystery!)
• All prizes will be delivered via in game email.

And I have looked at everyone's answers and checked to see who has all 5 codes correctly figured out!

The answers are:

1. The four patrons are Ghost Widow, Scirocco, Black Scorpion, and Captain Mako.
2. There are 3 V servers - Victory, Virtue and Vigilance.
3. Issue 17 was called Dark Mirror.
4. The lowbie sewer trial is called Death From Below.
5. Congratulations on correctly solving the PERC puzzles!
