Hasten doesn't change the numbers in the information screen. However, if you click on "Power" on your power tray, then click on "Combat Attribuets", there is a section called "Base". Open that and you'll see Hasten's effect under Recharge Bonus.

hi, just got this power however im confused about it the power is supposed to reduce the recharge time of all my skills right?
checking the descreption before and after....and nothing changes :S i mean a skill has 30s recharge , pop hasten and is still 30s recharge
