1)15 total I think. You get 12 per server plus by the sound of it three slots from other sources. Those three can be used on any server but only three slots in total. So two on Defiant and one on Pinnacle, Not three on Defiant 3 on Pinnacle.

Bonus: Go into the launcher and look under file -> settings -> advanced.
Far as I remember it was said that the unlocks for Premium and VIP are separate. So if you unlock for Premium you'll still have only 12 slots when going VIP with the global slots returning to being global unless you unlock them specifically.

You can change the launcher to allow multiple copies to run.
Goto File>Settings
Goto Advanced tab
Click checkbox "Allow multiple instances of a game to be launched"
Then it will give you a window whenever you click the play now button asking if you want to open a new one.
First one:
Want to play one of the characters on my other account. I can log into the game fine, all of my characters are locked and it says I have 5 global tokens I can use. I'm likely going to take the character VIP but can't log into the account on the website (put in a ticket, waiting on a reply). I know when I go VIP I get 12 slots, it's what my main has anyway, but I'm wondering, if I use one of the globals that it says I have, will that mean I'll have 12 other slots opened on that server (13 total)?

How do I run both accounts on the same system at the same time? I never had a problem before, but with the new launcher, when I click play now it just goes to the already opened and doesn't load a new session of the game.
