NC Launcher Says CoH Not Installed??

Run the launcher in Admin mode.
If you don't, the attempts to write to the protected Program Files86 directory will be shunted to a temporary, virtual directory.
Since both the Launcher and the Game are installed by default into this directory, you MUST run in admin mode to make sure an installation "sticks".

Has anyone had the problem (since the VIP / Freedom updates) where the NC Launcher insists that City of Heroes is not installed?
I played last night with no problems, then today its telling me I need to install the game again. I tried repairing it, re-specifying the correct folder etc.. but nothing worked. My only option is to redownload again, yet its telling me it will take HOURS to re-download.
Does anyone know if there is a proper fix for this, and why it all of a sudden thinks my game is not installed?
