I don't think you'll want to go with anything other than Reactive unless you've got very specific build requirements. There are few things more useful than -res and extra damage in the current PvP system.

I currently have the t4 reactive 75% fire dot, was wondering if the diamagnetic is good to use, and if so..whats the best t4 to choose?
Is the 100% -regen even gonna be worth it, seems like it'll only stack to 40% max. At that point is the fire DOT better for more damage?
And is the 20% max stacked -tohit also very noticable enough to use over the reactives DOT? if it helps with survivability enough i was thinking of taking the 100% -tohit 50% -regen T4...
