When I buy a costume piece while editing an AE critter's costume I have to exit the editor and bring it back up. Otherwise it will say that there's invalid costume data if I try to use the piece I just bought (but of course, it doesn't say which piece is causing problems). A warning about needing to close and reopen the editor would be nice, as I suspect not everyone will realize what the offending piece is or what they need to do.
It also does this with IDF parts; I have them because I'm a VIP, but I see they're also in the store, so I wonder if AE doesn't recognize them as purchased unless I buy them. (I also wonder if I'll be unable to edit costumes with IDF parts should my subscription lapse.)
