New Story Arcs give very small merit rewards. My idea is thus:
Like with the Signature Story Arcs, when you complete a story arc for the first time in game, you get a certain amount of merits as reward that can only be gained once.
I just completed an arc and got 2 reward merits for it.
I'd suggest 10 bonus merits for completion.
Problem would be that this wouldn't allow older characters who've done the arc once to get them, but the same happened when they introduced Reward Merits for arc completion.
