In the Announcements section of the forums there is a thread titled City of Heroes Freedom and Issue 21: Convergence Head Start Known Issues.
I have no clue why they can't keep the lists synchronized. Especially the ones in different forum sections.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Firstly shouldn't both these official sources of information be updated regularly?
Secondly, is there somewhere else to find LATEST known issues?
My issue is both the Team and League windows completely disappearing when in trials which has happened to me many times. When it happens not only can I not see the position of league members on the map, but also the name lists disappear so I cant see health bars/crashes etc
Last night I was both Leading and Tanking an Underground trial and lost the windows during the beginning of the trials during the 4 ambushes. When I have had this problem before it usually corrects itself in a few minutes, but it didn't this time and I had to log out of the game before the Avatar fight to get it back - only to lose it again within seconds of aggroing the AV
I know this isn't just a problem I'm having as quite often league members (and not just in the Underground Trial) will ask if they are still on the league as they lose their windows too.
