First off I did look threw the bug forums for this and didn't spot anything. Just saying lol.
Anywho, after using Light Form on my PB and while its on recharge. I click on the power again and normally you get the "recharging" text, but with Light Form the animation takes place again. Being that this animation immob's ya, it should be fixed please.
