some servers not recognizing VIP

Guess misery loves company, because I've been searching for about twenty minutes trying to find this very issue. Just glad to see I wasn't the only one getting this message. Kinda sorta. But yeah, I got the same thing when I tried to log on Virtue and use my transfer as well.

I had this same problem on Guardian the other day, so I logged off and played something else. Recently, I checked again and everything was the way it was supposed to be. Maybe a glitch? Have you checked to see if it's still like that?
If it is, send a petition. That's the only advice I have.

when I logged in this morning I was so delighted to have my server transfer there how ever when I went to Justice server (as well as a few others) I got this garbage:
now I know I am VIP cause I can access exalted, my account management says I am VIP and the Forum recognizes me as VIP, I was really hoping to transfer one of my toons to Exalted but with what seems like half the servers giving me this message it won't let me transfer the one I want.
