Sometimes it appears to be ISP instability, other times, it appears on the Paragon server side where I lost connection. I am in the same rocket board.

Same here. It only started with I21, too...
Usually the game freezes on a loading screen, but I've had occasional lock-ups during gameplay as well. No obvious pattern, and the only way out is to force-close the app and relaunch.

Whats funny is I can log into my main toon of a different server and I can play fine for a few hours before it locks up. But on new characters in the Galaxy City tutorial zone I get a lockup within just a few minutes.
