Well, if it's any help, it appears to be an interface bug of some sort, not sure if it's just happening to my characters or not but. Will report it anyway, and share a workaround.
If I scroll up the the list [expand a category, go to bottom and start scrolling up], I can select missions, if not, I can only select missions I've already done before.

So, I'm on my villain turned vigilante trying to do some new missions, and I find a large chunk of the missions in Ouroboros Mission list aren't selectable.
Not really seeing any error cropping up when trying to select/click.
More fun right now is that it seems the first two of the new continuing training arcs were doable, but not the third.

So the actual question. Is there a restriction to some arcs from vigilante in ouroboros? Am I just an idiot?
