After completing missions in First Ward, I exit the mission and have to click back on Contacts to either Call them or get their location as the usual "Mission Complete! Return to this contact" is no longer showing up in the Navigation window. It's just totally blank except for the compass.
Edit: The yellow splat with the "Mission Complete! Return to Blind Makwa - First Ward" is when it starts working again.
