Shadow Simulacra freely use the T9 powers from both sets in the Posi TF. Is this intended for a level 10-14 boss? If it is, I'd reccomend against it, as both powers are fairly nasty, especially Time's effect on a mob of 8 bosses.

I'd suspect this also affects Darkness Manipulation.
