Atlas Park; In front of City Hall
News Reporter:
"Hello Paragon City, This is Mindy Weston reporting live from Atlas Park. Today marks the day of the aftermath of the devastation of Galaxy City. New heroes and vigilantes from all walks of life have answered the call. Today ladies and gentlemen we have a special guest."
As she finishes her introduction there is a whooling whistle fading in quickly. She turns her head slightly and the force of the wind flaps the bangs of her hair violently. A red suited Hero zips into the frame of the camera beside the reporter.
"Hey there Ms. Weston!" The hero says.
"Well hello there hero! We were beginning to think you were going to be late." She replies.
"Me. Late? Not a chance in Hell. I wouldn't miss this for all the rice in Japan. Its good to be here!" He says quickly.
"So hero, Whats your name?" She asks.
The red dressed hero looks at her with a snappy grin and says to her with enthusiasm.
"I'm Robby Rush. The fastest man on earth!" He insists.
"Well Mr. Rush, that's quite a claim there! Paragon City is filled with super powered speedsters. What makes you think your the fastest?"
Robby Rush looks to her and flips his backpack around his shoulder with blazing speed and retrieves a Hero Registration card. Shows it to her and then the camera zooms up close with precision like focus. It reads...

While the card is still covering the cameras view Rush says with an excited tone, "Since people here in paragon seem to doubt my claim, I challenge anyone here to an earth race, and don't worry. I promise not to lap you!"
Rush removes the card from the cameras view and vanishes. Only a thin red streak is seen from the cameras focal point. A small trail of fire is the only thing that remains as the camera records it and papers and debris float slowly down to the ground. The news reporters hair is once more flailed in the air and her microphone had seemed to be ripped from her hands due to the raw force of his take off. She runs down the sidewalk south west of city hall while still being recorded and picks up her microphone. The camera zooms in as she closes her piece.
Breathing heavily-
"Well you've seen it here first folks. Robby Rush, a new hero here in paragon. The challenge has been made. Is there anyone out there who can disprove his claim as the fastest man on earth? Stay tuned! This is Mindy Weston reporting live from Atlas Park City Hall."
The camera man ques the signal to cut and shuts off the camera.
"Dam that kid was fast!" the camera man says...
