What to shoot for with WP/* regen percentages?
When it comes to further build improvements its a too taste thing. Someone might prefer S/L to be 45%. You could be softcapped to all but Psi as a WP but then that might take power choices you weren't considering..I think given your efforts so far you are perfectly capable of fine tuning. I could tank with it so it alright to me.

4 slotting qr and stamina with an extra performance shifter IO will result in slight gains on your recovery, if you have any slots that you didnt specifically want some place else.
Apocalypse and or decimation work well in ranged attacks for +hp and +regen.
The build looks like it will be fine against s/l and reasonable against most other things when not faced with defense debuffs (those will kill you, you are wp).
I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.
need to use up a freespec before we get the new one. I have a lvl 50 WP/SS Tank just sitting and waiting for me to apply a build to it. I think I have a decent build...it's not quite softcapped...which concerns me. But even more than that, I'm not sure what I should shoot for in both HP's and regen percentages.
What would be considered "high-end" and what would be considered "pretty damn good"?
Anything I could do better in this build? I'm quite sure there is.
