Gladiator's Armor TP Protection: Altered value per level?

Right, I'm speaking more in terms of monetary value, ie: Would it be worth more on the market at a lower level.
edit: To clarify, once again, that I don't plan to sell it. I just figured if it was worth more at a lower level in terms of inf. that I might as well get it at said level, just because.

Whether someone will pay more for the level 10 version I don't know -- maybe. It can't really be worth LESS than the highest level version, all things considered, I suppose.

Level 10's sell for more usually. Not by a lot, but by some. I'd go ahead and roll it at level 10 in case you ever strip the toon and want to slot it on a lowbie.
(Annoying thing is, is that you can't slot the lvl 10 until lvl 15 for some reason >.>)
