An Echo of Galaxy City is accessible through Oroborous. You can go through it to go to the old, pre-ruined Galaxy zone where all the badges and plaques await. No missions, trainers or (I think) enemies though.

I have not seen anything about what will happen to the badges and plaques in Galaxy once it is destroyed in I21.IF this has been posted before I apologize for re posting it.Will we still have to go round the ruins for them are they being moved to another Zone such as the Ward,or will they be discontinued,or have I got to run round Galaxy with all my toons getting them.
