Random story of not much importance, just surprised I've never noticed this before.
So I'm sitting on CoH and I get bored and summon my Seers, and I happen to have my music paused. I hear this really odd background noise I've never heard before, and I turn my volume up, turns out the Seers have this "telepathic" static noise when they're summoned, and it's creepy and I love it.
Again, I can't say how much I love it, it's so great.

It is a nice effect, one that many other players have complimented. You will also hear it when near any Seer in Praetoria. Creepy!
