Weekly Strike Target (2nd Hero Respec) did not award properly

A cautionary tale... hope this was an exception, but this week's strike target may not be working correctly yet.

I was on a team of 8 on Virtue, we completed the heroside WST at about 10am central time. I got the 20 merit award, but did not receive the bonus of 20 merits and the notice. Other team members said they had the same issue. Most of us sent petitions.

Same on Freedom. I completed the Blue Side 2nd respec mission as set forth in Founder's Falls by Capt. Harlan, and I received 20 merits and no bonus exp. The 50s in the group did not receive the Notice of the Well either. I have sent a bug report.

I too have ran the Tree Respec lvl 34+ and Did not get bonus Merits and the incarnate drop so I am pretty mad. I ran it again to recheck and still nothing.
