Temp Invul is kinda white shiny pearly-ish color.
You could probably go either way with that one.
ooh, I'm assuming you meant Power Mastery. there's no "Energy" mastery 
With rad's, its nice to have a ton of recharge to have AM up as much as possible
You might want to make use of damage procs in your attacks (Explosive Strike)
Any Rad should be able to take care of AV's as long as you have enough endurance for the long fight..
perma jump is ---> /up 1
Trying this out, so far it seems a lot more promising than my first character... an Energy/Fire Blaster. I'd like her to be a soloer who can rock AVs ideally. Grouping is nice but a small side-benefit.
Any general tips are good, also looking to see if Psychic or Energy is a better APP for it.
(Incidentally, what color is the Energy Mastery set?)
