Cannot log in

I tried to get on to CoH this morning,but seems the launcher has the hump.I have tried the usual method of double left click on the shortcut nothing,tried right click and then open nothing,tried right click ans open as I then get this message,Access ti the path 'A3302481-43b9-46ac-9170-4461766964,is denied anyone can help or am I going to have to delete the launcher and reload it.My wife's computer is fine her,s runs windows Vista mine is windows XP.

You mean you can't log-in... or the Launcher doesn't open?

It seems like the second one: In which case, have you tried Ctrl+Alt+Del and seeing if a copy of the Launcher is already open and not responding? If it is, close it and try again.

Just tried that still the launcher will not fire up I am a complete dunce about computers so may have to call in my son he has the brains in the family lolAll sorted son guessed there was something in the background stopping it

I had a similar problem myself last week. In the end I uninstalled and reinstalled the NCSoft Launcher and bingo! I was able to start the game again. A SG mate had a similar problem last week too so I suspect this maybe a new bug?
