Indy Port SG base portal not rendering

I've noticed that the SG base portal in Indy Port doesn't seem to be rendering unless you're right on top of it. I can click the map marker and navigate to it, but I don't see it unless I'm literally right up next to it.

Yeah. The one in Pocket D is the same way. Has been for a while.
