RSS Feeds for server status

So i noticed while reading that the servers were down and that they offer a RSS Feed. I have windows 7, how would i make my gadget or find one that i can input custom rss feeds into? Lots of places say to click on the 'subscribe to feed' but when i click it on the CoH server status page it only gives the code string. Help?

I know there is (or was) a Vista/Win7 gadget that read it.
