New changes to WS and my current build help.

So with the upcoming changes I wanted to get some honest thoughts / advice on what things I might want to consider changing. I play a human WS and have been for years now. I will continue to play as one.

Any thoughts on what I might want to upgrade / change on my current build?

Is there any issue you're having with it? I mean, it's not like 'shades are getting the overhaul peacebringers are, so I don't see what the problem is.

I guess, if you're just looking for opinions, I would recommend switching out invisibility for Vengeance. Even if you mostly solo, you have no need of invisibility, and Venge serves just as well as a LotG mule as well as being an awesome defense boost for when/if you team.

Aside from that, I don't see why you got Acrobatics (since you got so much inherent kb protection already, and the hold protection is meager at best), and I would steal some slots from maneuvers to place in the fluffies, so you can put some purple pet IOs in there. Preferably dam/rech and chance for build up.

I would switch out acro for Stygian return. Sure, maybe you're awesome and never die, whatever. The rez is just that good though.

I think that's it, though I probably missed some things.

It's ideas like that, that I want / need to be informed of. I know this update is mostly for PB's. I like to change with this times and this is a good excuse to question about my build. I rarely inquire about anything here. So Knowing what possible tweaks I might want to consider for the future is what I am after.

And honestly with my current build I rarely die, however in saying that I gauge my play style on playing to my weakness first, and my strengths second all and in between.

If you put a Celerity Stealth into Sprint, then you'll basically have invisibility if you run Sprint and Shadow Cloak at the same time and that will get you 2 powers back there - Grant Invis and Invis. You can't run Invis and Shadow Cloak at the same time and Invis gets you 55 feet of stealth. Sprint with Celerity Stealth in it plus Shadow Cloak gets you 65 feet of stealth though.

I'd second everything Stone said too. I guess it depends on your playstyle but you seem pretty light on attacks. If you can get slots back from Grant Invis, Invis and Acro, then consider maybe taking Quasar. I know it's no Nova, but if you're running Unchain Essence and then Quasar after Sunless Mire on big spawns, especially if you've got any teammate damage bonuses, then you can do some pretty good damage. With your end recovery powers, you can deal with the subsequent end crash pretty easily. Or you could take Dark Detonation for a more frequent attack. Quasar is pretty situational.

If you like control powers, you could take Gravimetric Snare, put a Chance to Hold proc in it, and add a slot to Gravity Well and put the Lockdown Chance for +2 mag hold in that, and those work pretty nicely together when stacked to give you some nice lockdown control on a single target.

Pretty much what Stone said. There are some more things I would do differently, but one of the great things about Warshade builds is the amount of diversity they allow for.

Pretty sure the Invisibility Pool is there for LOTG Mules. Grant Invisibility can also be useful for Extracted Essences.

Yeah, probably, but he could keep Grant Invis, drop the Invis and still have a perma Hasten build (119.1 sec recharge on Hasten according to his build on Mid's without Invis)...then throw the Celerity Stealth in Sprint. Now he's still got Perma Hasten, he's still got Grant Invis for pets, he still has invisibility through Sprint + Shadow Cloak (and better invisibility than Invis grants) and he now has one extra power he can take.

The difference on his recharge for fluffies without the extra LOTG mule is negligible if he goes that route. 74.7 seconds instead of 73 seconds with his Perma Hasten.

Stone already suggested using Vengeance as the last place for an LOTG, he saw it and said thanks.

Ok, then is there some problem with dropping the Celerity into Sprint and giving yourself invisibility with Sprint + Shadow Cloak if you need it?

And if that's the case and Grant Invis was only a mule, then he doesn't need it if he takes Vengeance as a mule. He's still got Perma Hasten without Grant Invis and the difference on recharge for fluffies is negligible and he gains a power back. If he intends to use Grant Invis and not just use it as a mule, then different story.

No? I never said that was a problem. I always do that in my builds... It just seemed you were under the impression that his stealthing ability was somehow related to taking the invisibility pool, so I pointed out that probably wasn't the case.

edit: Perma Hasten isn't all you need on a Warshade build, by the way. There's absolutely nothing wrong with building your recharge past that point. My last Tri Form build had over 180% Global recharge.
