cant access my NCsoft Master Account

Is this service bugged or something? because i cannot access anything, it doesnt remember me, so at first i thought it was me maybe i forgot my password ,after clicking the forgot password link and going through thier date of birth security checks i get a message saying this service isnt available.... what am i suppose to do?????? anyone else having similiar problems?

There is a post from the community team that the account server is having issues. It doesn't look like we have seen an update for 4 hours.
