It is a great power. So great that Energy Aura is getting a clone of it in i21.

At the moment, I'm leaning toward Energy Aura. Except I'm rolling it as a scrapper because that's the only way I can make a Spines/Energy and have Quills. If brutes ever get Spines it will be a no-brainer.
