Patron Powers Pools Question

As a villain, if I pick my 1st patron pool power at 41, then start switching to a hero, at later level's can i pick up the rest of the powers in that patron pool, or do i have to say as a villain to keep picking from that pool.

You won't lose access to Patron Power Pools by switching sides. Even if you go Hero and respec you can choose from any of the Patron and Epic power pools.

Said another way: After you've unlocked them, they're yours to keep, regardless of alignment.
