First of all brutes don't have ice anything, tanks have ice armor/ice melee. And stalkers are going to get ice armor. From what I read the reason brutes don't have ice is because it conflicted with fury building a long time ago.

So the reason why brutes (and scrappers) don't have it yet is just mainly a factor of time. Sooner or later they will get it, but they aren't getting it now.

Why not ice melee/ice armor as a powerset for melee types like not only brutes, but stalkers, scrappers, and tanks? I mean, I know fire melee & aura is "hot", but I think ice would be "cool", don't you?
