Any reason you went Elec mastery over the others? A level 50 Fly IO does nothing for you since you are at the flight cap even being unslotted. I did very minor tweaking. It has 6 7.5% recharge bonuses so that would need to get fixed. It does add about 5% more ranged and gives you KB protection though.

I agree with Amy in that you don't need those defense slots in stealth. I would use one of those for the Karma knock back protection as there is nothing more embarrassing than the king of knock backs being knocked back.
I'm not overly fond of P'Shift IOs. I prefer adding the Miracle special to health, and keeping Stamina to 3 slotted common IOs. If you keep the 4 slots in health - put in the regen tissue special.
I think 2 recharges in Hasten is enough.
And, yes, no need to slot a fly IO.
I'm using mids to create an ideal blaster for PvE that will be able to avoid attacks (high defense) with a little more ease then a non-IO'd blaster, also perhaps have a good protection/resistance against being 'held' in case an enemy does manage to get through the defenses. I am no expert, i was playing around with MIDS to squeeze as much as I could. Any thoughts?
