Why wont the game let me load my charicters after they hit level 11

Can you be more specific? Is this just on one server or all of them? Are you getting kicked when you level past Lv11 or if you try and log back into a character that's past Lv11? What message do you get when it kicks you out? Is it back to the character select screen or a crash to desktop? etc.
It's much easier for us to help if we have detailed information about the problem.

every time i try it kicks me out and it is really pissing me off i spent money on the game so i could play but it is pissing me off enuff that im not even sure i want to keep playing the game if it wont let me past level 11 whats the point in playing
