I've been tweaking and tricking on this build for hours now and my brain is pretty well worn out on it. Trying to make this toon work is something I've been at for ages, but I'm not familiar enough with numbers vs. application as far as Dark Armor is concerned.
So, here's where I got stuck. I know there are picks I don't need, but I'm not sure what else to do. Also, I used a tanker build I found on external forums as a sort of guide, but I can't remember where I found them. It's been sitting in my builds folder for months. At any rate, here it is.
