Hi, i had this recently with a setup very close to yours.
Turned out the latest ATI catalyst drivers were no good for me and COH.
Rolling back to 11.3 driver version sorted it all out.

I've been having some issues since I came back to CoX after a 6-7 month absence.
I've always played using quality settings (Ultra mode even when not on raid or events) and have never had any problems. Now, CoX frequently stops responding after I launch the game (@login screen), load map or Alt+Tab.
Here are some of my PC specs:
Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
Intel i5 @ 3.20ghz
Ram: 4GB
GFX card: Ati Radeon HD 5XXX series
I'd appreciate some feedback asap.
