Windows 7 Issues-Scroll and Keybinds

I just recently upgraded to Windows 7 from XP and now I'm having issue with my keybinds. Intermittently, when I zone it will reset some of them, mostly the Alt Power Tray slot 5. I had it set to '-' before, now I change it to 'n' and it keeps switching back. The other problem I've had is that the mouse wheel no longer zooms the camera in and out. It scrolls just find in the various in-game windows, but I can' seem to re-bind it. Anyone else have these issues/know a solution? Thanks in advance.
