So...running a scion campaign...

...and today the daughter of Lugh got herself in an armored vehicle with two "Experienced Soldeirs" (aka Rambos) and a Medusa built off of the "Grunt Soldier" stats plus Presence and stuff...she called the texted the son of Kali that she was investigating suspicious serial murders about 3 days after she started while talking to the actual Medusa at a job fair

Said son of Kali did a parkour paradise 20-miles across Seattle in time to see her get in the car and then continued to parkour paradise while following the car...when they started getting out of town, he went down to the ground about 500 yds behind the car, shifted his shape-changing gun from a Kriss to a Barrett (just has those two forms) and started aiming

first shot takes out the tire and flips the car (the daughter of Lugh is realizing the Medusa she's talking to looks rather like one of the fake parents that were watching her after her amnesia in back story and freaking out just before the car flips)

daughter of Lugh performs a blinding flash to dazzle the medusa (medusae are basically mortals that drank one of the two surviving gorgons' blood, they stay beautiful as long as they can get more gorgon blood or eat the eyes of beautiful people...especially magical beautiful people like the daughter of Lugh in question)....one of the guards points a gun back to shoot the Lugh-girl (Caoimhe, pronounced Keeva...yay, celtic, thanks for the mind screw) and she stunts a use of Damage Conversion to make it bruising rather than lethal...and the medusa shows his true form which sends Caoimhe even more into freak out and spending willpower to avoid fleeing in terror or getting paralyzed

one of the Lugh-girls flock of pixies gets in puts a needle in the eye of one of the guards for no real damage, but lots of pain

outside, Rajan (Kali-spawn) has been walking and aiming (total of 9 seconds since his shot) and using telescopic senses and spatial attunement (which when combined with telescopic senses is crazy) tracks on the gun shot and fires....

one guard gone.

continues walking (this is a neighborhood/maybe suburb street, btw, at about 2:00 pm)

The second guard tries to unbuckle and shoot at Caoimhe...Patch (the pixie in the car, because she wears an eyepatch) causes serious damage to his eye...he misses his shot. The blinded medusa fails to catch hold of Caoimhe, Caoimhe resists the fear of looking at the Medusa and fails to bash open the car door...then takes a briefcase and starts bashing the medusa with it

Patch starts fighting off the medusa's snake hair

Rajan takes his third shot....second guard's head explodes (especially since the armored glass is giving much less resistance now)

Caoimhe knocks the medusa out, almost kills it and pushes out of the car door

Rajan takes his fourth shot....Medusa head asplode

Rajan shifts the gun back to a Kriss security weapon (something like a P90) and walks up to Caoimhe asking her not to cut him out of her operations again


I'm really wondering how Seattle PD's forensics is going to deal with this or the reports

granted, his face was covered in full tactical gear (shape-shifting armor) and they avoided fate-binding but still

oh, forgot to mention...the main bad guy of the campaign is Mordred...and the two PCs are the reincarnations of Galahad (Daughter of Lugh) and Arthur (Son of Kali)

we had the idea of Arthur and Galahad from events in the WWII campaign I ran where their previous characters set up that reincarnation, (and crippled Mordred) but we didn't deliberately consider that we were putting Ireland and India (born in America) against Britain until later
