Mids' will let you make an adjustment to show the values for things after activating and attack
The option is under options > configuration > effects and maths on the right hand side under the heading Suppression

I understand that you lose half your defense bonus for 6 seconds while you're attacking but is that the most yo will lose? Meaning does the penalty stack for any reason? I am trying to find a relative sweet spot to allow me to be softcapped even with the defense penalty.
