Is there any chance for Heroes to get a Patron someday?

I think heroes feel a little left out. Villains have these wonderfully caring, sensitive, mentors/role models who are willing to teach them a few epic powers if they'll just run a few errands for them in return.

But what about heroes? Won't anyone take those poor, unloved heroes under their wing?

Heroes can get patrons. Just switch sides and run the patron story arcs. Just like the villains have to do if they want access to the equivalent hero pools.

Villains don't need to switch sides to get access to APPs. They unlock automatically at level 41. (Soon to be level 35)

Unless they're optional, no thanks. Bad enough I have to run an arc to unlock powers I want red side. Don't want that kind of hassle blue side.
