Hello~ Digging out an old favorite character of mine and I want to slap on a new coat of paint for the incarnate stuff. I have been having alot of trouble putting together something that wont feel like it is made of toilette paper, here is my current build.
If you can suggest or point me in the direction of something better I would appreciate it. Keep in mind im trying to stay under/around 1bil budget wise.
