Graphics corruption after rolling back

I just bought Going Rogue and started playing again after a few years. I've been having the problems associated with the 11.6 catalyst drivers (crashing every 30 minutes or so) and rolled back. Solved the crashing issues but now after playing for a while I get some serious graphical weirdness:

These are an example, were taken in a mayhem mission. You can see where the jailbreak villain has no torso, her cell has no texture, the other 2 pics were taken inside the bank. I tried verifying the game files, all fine there, so is this just going to be a case of just going through earlier drivers till one finally works properly?
Really hoping this is a seperate problem that I can fix, it's not as bad as the crashing as restarting the client fixes it, but it's obviously still very annoying.

Tho' occasionally I'll get texture or graphic glitches, /reloadgfx or /unloadgfx (they are the same) usually fixes the issue. If you are experiencing issues all the time you may not have a sufficient enough video card and/or power supply to handle the game.

Try lowering your quality settings and see if that helps any. Someone more knowledgeable in this area will probably comment soon with a more detailed analysis.

When you did the rollback, did you scrub the 11.6 drivers out with something like Driver Sweeper? If not, that may be the issue. Uninstalling doesn't completely remove all the driver components. It's just a fact of Windows. Uninstallers pretty much all leave some detrius behind. Uninstall the drivers, boot to safe mode, run Driver Sweeper to get rid of the leftover bits, then boot normally and install the older drivers you want to use. If you still have issues, then it's something else.

It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination.

Thanks for the replies. With the exception of safe mode, that is the method I used to uninstall the drivers. I doubt it's the fact that my graphics card can't run it, like I said it only happens after playing for a while, usually after switching areas. I'll try /unloadgfx next time to see if that'll work.

No luck with /unloadgfx, unfortunately. The upside is at least I can play for about 2 hours now, unlike crashing every half hour with the original 11.6 drivers. Barring any other suggestions, maybe 11.4 will do the trick (or 11.3, 11.2 etc...)

There's another thread about the 11.6 drivers' problems where players are using the 11.4 instead with good results. There is also an update with 11.7 beta drivers available for test runs. Make sure whatever your course of action, you do a full, clean removal of your current drivers before installing 'new' ones.

Same results with the 11.4 drivers. One thing I'm curious about, when I run driversweeper there are 2 registry entries it won't delete, from "CurrentControlSet". I honestly don't have a clue, I'm just wondering if those hould be sticking around or not.

That's where booting to safe mode to run driversweeper might help. Windows hangs onto stuff it thinks it is using and won't let you delete those in use items. By booting to safe mode, you free up those items that would normally be "in use" by the system, and they can be deleted.
