Single Target fire/wp?

So I've been going insane the last few days trying to decide what my new favorite toon is gonna be. I've learned a lot since I started playing, like how to use mids, the rule of five, caps, set bonuses, and even how to make money (although I'm still not that rich and don't know ALL the tricks yet).

I want something well rounded that focuses on single target damage. Something decent in PvP and PvE but doesn't have to excel in either. Something that I can enter into any situation and be confident s/he won't be useless. Something easy to use.

I was playing around with mids (for a really long time) and came up with this. I picked fire because it's usually not well resisted against, unlike smashing/lethal, in both PvP and PvE. Defensively I focused on regeneration and distributing my defenses more evenly, although smashing/lethal came out lower by accident than the others.

So basically what I'm asking is do you guys see any obvious mistakes? Can you get overall better numbers just by moving some slots or using different powers?

And something I still don't know, how much is enough net endurance gain? And how much is enough regeneration?

And what else can I do to improve?

Also, my build is not REALLY expensive. No purples and such. I'd like to keep it that way but you could also put any slightly more expensive builds just to see how they compare.

Very briefly, WP is horrible in PvP. That said, you should probably just ignore PvP when planning toons, since it's basically completely dead anyway. In PvE, fire/WP is very good. Fire is great, but it does have one negative aspect: zero mitigation. With WP that can hurt, since sometimes you could use a few seconds of not being attacked to regen lost health. Sets with knockback, end drain, etc can help with that, but fire is just pure damage. Still, you definitely won't feel useless anywhere in PvE. In PvP you will get destroyed though, but it's so ridiculously broken, it's not worth the extra effort of planning for it.
