Mesmerize slot for damage. Dominate slot for hold. Confuse slot for confuse. Mass Hypno. slot for Sleep.
Depending on what level mobs you're fighting you could probably get away with 1 Acc and throw in some end redux here and there.

That's great! Now, Total Domination - Can I skip it? Or is it better with 6 slots? What would I use more leveling: Total Domination or Mass Hypho?
Mass Hypnosis is your bread and butter AoE mez until you get Terrify. TD is very skippable but you can take it if you want. No need to 6 slot, either, if another power needs them. I'd say 4 would be good for 2 acc and 2 rech.

I'm leveling a Mind/Psi dominator and need slotting help. How do I slot generic IOs as I level? Obviously, my attacks are acc X2, dmg x2, rchrg x2 but what about my holds? Do I slot for hold (or sleep or confuse) or for damage?
