Updated build.
I replaced World of Confusion with Chocking Cloud. Partly because of the larger radius and why confuse when you can hold. I think it be fun to run them both together but with Lockdown: +2 mag hold in CC i think the chance of holding a target would be significantly greater then the chance to confuse it therefore rendering WoC pretty useless - again.
I tried to slot Dominate for dmg to try compensate for the lack of dmg from dark and it would make a good opener in an attack chain and it would work well with CC to make sure those bosses stay held, ALSO Gravitational Anchor: Chance for hold in Tenebrous Tentacles 
.
Mass hypno like i said is generally useful, open with on a group, hop in, EF and RI, let CC take hold and blast away.
I do generally like the idea of psi mastery in this build, i hope it works a well as i imagine!
P.S. i hope to solo quite a bit and tackle AV's/GM's though im not sure if that is possible with this build =/ i hope so though.

So i have heard dark/rad is a pretty good combination. I was thinking to go down the stun route and take Dark Pit and Oppressive Gloom but Dark pit is pretty lack luster and doing last very long at all.
So i thought id have a gander at Psi mastery.
Mass hypno is generally quite useful and it has good rech time and duration.
I was unsure whether to slot Dominate for hold duration or dmg, seeing as dark is a pretty low dmg set i slotted Dominate for dmg to try compensate.
Unsure on World of Confusion though...
