The store is currently down, as is indicated in the first thread about this.
When the store comes up, you'll likely be able to access Christy and Michael fully.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Both of the new vendors in Ouroborus are non-functional. they give the message that they are loading your account information and for you to try back shortly. Tech Support says to try back later but they don't say after how many days. Support ticket opened no reply after 30 min.
