Check the ToolTips option.

In the last 2 days, i have started having problems in my enhancement screen. When I mouse over a power it no longer brings up the black box telling me what can be slotted in that power. I know it hasn't always been this way, and until earlier today it was still working fine on my villian, but now it's not working on any toon. HELP
