When I originally posted this guide, back in I12, I said I didn't imagine the principles of team leadership would change from issue to issue. That's mostly true, but some of the game mechanics I touched upon in here have been altered (in particular super sidekicking, color-coded /search, and inherent Fitness), and so I've gone through and tweaked the guide to be more current.
This guide is my attempt to take the "do unto others" principles I've learned during my leadership of teams in the game and distill it down into a set of suggestions that other people can follow to get better at leading their teams.
