I'm pretty sure you can only have one VS at a time.
So far I have only been able to have 1 VS out on my Elec/Dark. I don't have any recharge, slotting the power or global and...I just got it at 26, so I haven't done a lot of testing.
No one pays attention to me, cause I listen to the voices in my head.
You can only have 1 Voltaic Sentinel out at a time, if you have extra recharge and activate the power, the original is replaced by a new one. As far as scourge, I don't know, I only have an electric Blaster.

Hey does VS get % chance to scourge?
Can I have 2 VS out simultaneously?
If so; Elec seems actually pretty clutch for a buff/heal corr. Use your 2 attacks and cycle in a VS when it's up and since you don't have a T3 attack - fill that with a buff/debuff/heal.
Was thinking elec/thermal or elec/cold.
Thoughts?
